We have a free 30-day return policy so that if our customer is not satisfied with any product that they have received, they are able to get a refund of it without any hassle. The only requirements for the return policy are that;

– The product should be in its packaging,

– Without any breakage or worn out condition,

– It should look unused with no damage.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If you’re returning an item because arrives damaged or faulty, then ORTAK SILVER is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Otherwise, you will responsible for shipping price.
